Why my account was suspended?

vbulletin, good and legal licensed and all. Horror Movies &stuff.com. A messageboard/community to talk horror movies. We've been on host1free since November. Although we have had slow traffic levels as of last week. Is that a violation? I never got a suspension email or anything. I'm not even sure if our site was suspended, but I just need help in figuring out why it's down.

I couldn't find any license information in your Vbulletin account, also if you have posted any warez, that could also make issues. As per current status, your account is in terminated state, where you will not get any back up.

No one has posted any warez on our forum. I don't know what you're talking about. I don't even know what warez is! Also I am a member of vbulletin.org!!! You need a license to be a vbulletin.org member!

IF I have posted any warez? Do you have any CONCRETE proof I or any of my members posted anything warez (again wtf is warez??) related?? Is that how you people do business? Also you wouldn't find license info on anyone's vb account! No one in their right mind is going to put their license number and password online for the world to see!

Can someone here please reinstate our account or provide us with a backup? I have people emailing me wondering why our forum is offline. We run a top 5 horror film site, and cannot be offline for a long period of time. I never received an email or anything about our site being suspended. As per the host1free rules which stated that if any sites were suspended, there'd be an email sent out. We worked our buts off on that forum, getting modifications for it and perfecting the overall design.

I'm certain our forum is still on your server. Considering it was taken down as of Thursday the 26th, and today is the 29th. Considering you suspended our site for no apparent reason, and considering I've already provided you with evidence that our vb is licensed, you owe us a restoration of our forum or a backup of our files. As a user who was considering moving to one of your paid hosting plans in the very near future, I don't like what I've seen so far support wise in dealing with this issue.

Hello this thread is closing permanently. We will not provide any explanations to suspended/terminated users as we do not suspend any users without any reasons or terminate them.
