    Angry I Cant access ftp.mydomain.com and also i cant extract zip files using web manager

    my site, mitvin.com didnt have ftp account. ftp.mitvin.com is not available.. and while i m using file manager through mitvin.com:2222 i cant extract zip files...(box 3)
    help me..... please help me

    Hello,

    Our servers does not support zip file extension. You will need to use tar.gz file extension.
