Warning: Quota limit reached, for 2nd time!

Dear, Host1Free.

I cant upload files to my FTP ACCOUNT, and files are EMPTY when uploaded...
I had this problem 2 weeks ago, but you guys fixed it!
But its working now, I can upload again, will please you guys still check why this happends!

Saying:

Warning: Quota limit reached..etc.

This is my FTP ACCOUNT:
