I can not connect to ftp server via Filezilla, I enter the server, login and password that came in my mail - but Filezilla an error - the connection is exhausted. In webftp - incorrect username or password. What should I do?

You can try to reset your password by clicking Reset Account in control panel. If this won't help you, provide your box number and username.
