BOX3 not working

hey off late box3 has been acting really wired i had my servers down for about 20 min a few days back and today its down for more than 2 hrs now. my pages wont open neither am i able to access box3 please please solve this problem. I had closed my paid account in bytehost to move over here and was quite happy with your services until it all came crashing down. If it is something that free users should expect please let me know for I will have no options other than shifting my hosting to somewhere who has decent server up time. Really disappointed.

There was some problems with box3. Now it's fixed and server is online. Check is your websites is working as they should.
