Retrieve DirectAdmin password

Hi there, pls help me retrieve my DirectAdmin password, i tried this link http://box4.host1free.com:2222/CMD_LOST_PASSWORD but it not work (i didn't receive any email)

My account info:
Email: trongtai.tek[at-sign]gmail.com
Domain : mrphan.tk (this domain is used when i sign-up the free hosting, not use sub-domain)

DirectAdmin Login Details:
Hostname: box4.host1free.com:2222
Username: mrphan

Your account is terminated. This means you won't be able to get your DirectAdmin password. To have your account activated again, you need to register another account.
