unable to login web site builder

after complete registration i got the comfirmation mail and all the details. i cn excess my control panel n all.. when click to website builder, after filling all the the details like domain name, FTP username n password it shows an error.. unable to build the website plz help me...

Are you able to connect to FTP ? You also may use Softaculous application installer for installing WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, etc.

If your directadmin username is ocafil and you are in box11, such username was not found. Try to sign up for a new account.
