Can't connect to my web

Hi all,

I have 2 acc: 1st in box3, acc: ngayvu, 2nd in box8, acc: ngayvu1. Up to now both of them cannot go to Domain, DirectAdmin and FTP. Please tell me why? Box3 and box8 are going down?

Hi all MOD, ADMIN

I try many time but can not connect to my domain: ngayvui.clubos.net (box3) and can't Login DirectAdmin, SmartFTP although i can login in cpanel and WebFTP. I try sign up new acc ngayvui.128pro.net (box8) but the same error ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT. Anyone have any ideal?

I found the problem: I can go to ngayvui.clubos.net (box3), ngayvui.128pro.net (box8) by IE browser and Login DirectAdmin, but can't connect SmartFTP if I use UltraSurf and set proxy: 127.0.0.1:9666. Still now, Firefox can't do that. How I must do for Firefox can go on? Any one have any ideal? Please help me out. I don't use proxy before. Some body have any ideal?
