Softaculous is not installed...?

Okay guys.
I'm new, and I'm really really new to DirectAdmin.
I usually use cPanel.
Anyway, I got my domain and hosting all set up.
One problem.
When I try to use softaculous I get a blank page that says this one it:

Site error: the file /usr/local/directadmin/plugins/softaculous/images/inc.php requires the ionCube PHP Loader ioncube_loader_lin_5.2.so to be installed by the site administrator.

I have no idea what to do.
What does it even mean?

Just signed up and found the same issue. I'm not sure if this is something that is done manually or what. But I thought I would add my name into the hat with this issue. I'm on Box8.

Problems has been fixed in box8. If anyone facing same problem in another box, mention box number.

I'm suddenly having the same problem. It did work OK a month or so ago. Box6 in this case though.

Problem has been fixed. Now you should be able to use Softaculous.
