Box 3, Box8 Problems! My website is NOT online, NOT working! FTP can't connect!

I'm from Vietnam, my website Free Web Hosting Powered by Cloud Computing - Host1Free.com , http://ngayvui.128pro.net/ is not online.

When I saw Hostname: Free Web Hosting Service Powered by Cloud Computing - Host1Free.com, http://box8.host1free.com:2222/

I had delete all cookies, caches and change FTP password in DirectAdmin but its NOT working too.

If I use Proxy, the problem solved, but I don't want use proxy.

In 2 case (use and not use proxy), I had ping and tracert for all but Always saw: Request timed out

And when I use (use and not use proxy) CuteFTP 8.3 - build Aug 25 2008 for upload files to my host but I can't, both show: The connection failed due to an error or timeout.

and use SmartFTP v4.0.1168.0, both show:
A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond.

I'm really when one week pass but can't solved problem.

I´d like that support team fix that error, please. And guide me why.

Same problem, I think that some thing wrong with IP from Viet Nam. The administrator say that: box6 is working and my website should be no problem. But I still can't access my website. Don't know how to backup my website and database ...

All IP's from Vietnam are blocked in host1free, that is the reason.
