phpBB Error in Admin Area

When you try to enter the admin area on phpBB it stalls after the second request for your password, this is on box 3. After this failure I just switch to SMF which did not exhibit any similar problem entering the admin area.

It happens with the wrong configuration in phpBB or any forum software.
If the cookie path is wrong then this happens.
