Can not login my account

A week ago,I ask for help to reset my account , and get the reply e-mail .

BUT now things get worse . I even can't login my account on the website.I try to get my passwords ,but it shows "Ouuuuch: User not found or disabled..." . I don't know how to do next really. I need help!
