Good day everyone, i tried to upload my files at
programming-free.com using filezila ftp upload. but my ftp was telling me that account is not valid here is the ftp hostname sent to me

ftp.programming-free.com and since this does not work i tried using
box9.host1free.com as my hostname along with ftp username and password but it does not connect. any help please

First of all, to use domain with any hosting provider, you need to have domain registered in any domain registrar. If you will check this whois report programming-free.com Whois - programming free - Who.is you will see that it is not registered.

I suggest you to terminate this account that you can do by clicking Terminate Account in the Control Panel and sign up for new account and use subdomain offered by Host1Free. Or register your domain and point it to your hosting account by changing domain name servers to ns1.host1free.com and ns2.host1free.com.
