Import phpbb forum from another server

I have imported a forum from another server.
I have download a old forum with filezilla ( OK for setting ) folder phpbb
I have upload folder phpbb on Host1Free server
With BIGDUMP i have import a sql database ( 97 Mb) and OK for import
when open a forum by firefox or chrome or ie i have :

naturfor_b6ie8ph is old database , with bigdump i have imported new database name ardeaf_748.

Now the forum in Online,, but I cannot entry in PCA panel control admin ofphpbb.
My username and password OK , when I confirm to entry in PCA only a white page
