My website not working

Hi Its urgent. My website is www.chatplanet.in. I am getting SQLSTATE[08004] [1040] Too many connections. I researched and came to know that this can be solved from the host only. I tried to generate a support ticket too but the service is not active at this movement. Please help my site is down.

I m still facing the same problem. my site is opening sometimes and most of the times I m getting the same MySql error. There is no permanent solution to this?
