Database Error- None of my website is working!!

My first website: http://www.lovingwallpapers.in is giving error all of sudden :

Database Error: Unable to connect to the database:Could not connect to MySQL


And so with the second website:

http://www.tutorials4you.in


My config file are all fine and my sites were working smoothly just 3-4 hours ago?So,
where is the problem??

Also when i"m opening phpmyadmin, it is also showing error :
#1040 - Too many connections

Help!!!

I would also like to add that I am experiencing this same issue with my website, Amadais.com. It is also on Box8.

My username is amadai.

Update: 4pm EST, it appears that my web site is not getting a database error any more.
