Box10 lost password and wrong reset

Hi there,

I have a free account registered at the end of july.

I've lost Website control password, but unluckely Box 10 DirectAdmin Password Reminder is disabled.

So today I used the features Reset Account, but never received the mail confirmation.

Now ftp access is disabled and I can't do anything becouse I've lost Website Control password.

Can anybody help me, please?

Sorry for the double post,

I haven't received any mail to confirm that my account has been resetted correctly, but now it works great, so I can say that problem is solved.
