Are you getting any error message while opening website control page ?

Seems that you have some problems with DNS. Check this report intoDNS: chalethomesltd.serw5.com - check DNS server and mail server health. Probably you will need to remove this domain in website control panel and add it again.

Hello there can i ask something about the connection of box9, sometimes when i try to open my site it takes long time to be open and sometimes this is what it says the "connection is disconnected" is there anything wrong with the connection. but most of the time my site works..though it tooks a lot of time..

What is your website URL ? Probably it takes long to load due your internet connection.
