Cannot log in to control panel

Account Name : Protip
Email ID : anandvinni@gmail.com
Server Hosted : box9.host1free.com

Problem:
I cannot log in to control panel. When I try to log in I get "BAD USERNAME/PASSWORD". When I try to retrieve password I get "Ouuuuch: User not found or disabled..." message.
I don't think my account is disabled because
1.My site is working
2.I can log in to administration back-end through Joomla.
3.I can access files through FTP (FileZilla)

The only problem is I cannot access host1free cPanel.
Please help.
