My account was suspended ..!

Hi I am abhijith,
and My account here was suspended, I haven't hosted any illegal files nor I have made my public page,I have still working on my Php Chess project which is yet to be made to pubic, I have always been just using for myself and not have shared link with any one too,
And I do not have the back up my files, most of the changes which I made to my chess thing and scripts are out thre,And need the back up of it,

Kindly help me get back my account with files on it please.

If I have violated rules , in what way ? please do let me know.

Yes today morning there was an option in control panel to reset account , only then its working, But at ftp have lost all the content,please I need the back up of my content as I dont have it anywhere on my local.
Pls help

If you have clicked reset account, all data was deleted and cannot be restored.
