Login failed in Website Builder

Hi All

I have problem to login to ftp in website builder
I used the same username and password to login through Webftp and it went in

but in website builder, I key in the same username and password but it said Username or Password incorrect.

I tried to create another website, it failed with same error as well. Details as below:

hostname: box11.host1free.com
domain: michaelluviris.co.cc
username: michae4

hostname: box11.host1free.com
domain: helloworldlor.co.cc
username: hellow

You can try to reset your password by clicking Reset Account in Control Panel

After I changed the password and try to login to website builder again, it failed

Are you able to connect to FTP ? Also, you may use Softaculous application installer for installing WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, etc. for your website.

I can access to ftp, just cannot by using website builder
if really no choice, then i will use Softaculous

Yes, you may try to use softaculous. It's also handy tool for getting website installed in few steps.

is there any other website builder that have lot of template to choose from?
i used to host1free website builder and i do not know any other provide the same functionality

If you will install, for example, WordPress with softaculous, you will be able to choose lots of templates to install.
