Wordpress Problem . Please Help

Hello , i m new user here , I just sign up with free hosting for wordpress .
I have installed wordpress and when i tried to upload media from my computer it gives an error see "“13043806628.jpg” has failed to upload due to an error
The uploaded file could not be moved to /home/hotnod/domains/hotnoddpics.neru9.com/public_html/wp-content/uploads/2011/11. "
and i tried webFTP and filezilla to upload directly to that directory . It upload but don't show in media in admin panel . Any idea ?

I have successfully uploaded image "avatar.PNG" file to /home/hotnod/domains/hotnoddpics.neru9.com/public_html/wp-content/uploads/2011/11 using FileZilla. Is it showing in admin panel ?
