Cannot login FTP

My FTP account is:

FTP Access: ftp.raovatdaklak.tk (box12.host1free.com)
Username: raovat5
Password: xxxx

When I sign in by web or plashFXP, it note: 530 login incorrect or connection failed.

( Free Web Hosting Powered by Cloud Computing - Host1Free.com : The connection has timed out)

Please help me.

Hello,

Just checked your FTP connection and it's working. Make sure you use correct password. If you still can't connect, try ping box12.host1free.com and see if you can ping the server.
