ftp file download from wordpress ?

hi

i'm new to wordpress and how this all works with the server, i have a free account set up with wordpress installed http://klein.sx33.net:2222 it is mainly for me when i'm out of the office working on someones computer or away , but also help for others. i have 2 files very small i would like to download by way of a link in wordpress from my ftp.klein.sx33.net is this possible without having to have a password for just those two files? could someone point me in the right direction ?
