cannot login to box12 with valid login information.

I just signed for a new account yesterday and it worked fine until I decided to login today and see what I could do, I was trying to login to box12 but it will not let me.

when I try going to my domain name (grimedia.info:2222) it gives me box9 but in the control panel it tells me to use box12 neither one of them are working for me, what should I do?

Would it be possible for you to register new account again ? It seems to be some registration issue. I could create new account for you in box12.
