BAD USER NAME/PASSWORD

Dear Admin,

I have created my account using the same email address so many times. But whenever i am trying to login to the site, i am getting the dialogue box with the error "BAD USER NAME/PASSWORD". Kindly advise to resolve the issue ASAP.

Have you received confirmation link in your email ? There is no account created with email address nabid82@gmail.com.

Hello! There is no such user in box3. Maybe you have accidentally clicked Terminate button in CP?
