Unable to login into BOX9

Hi,

I am unable to login into BOX9. When I try to access box9 direct admin login page. Its redirecting to "http://www.host1free.com/server/" and I am unable to login here. Please help.

hello,

i get the same problem on box 3. no matter how much i tried or quota i spent, i still cant log on to the server page. it is running fine on the cPanel page. but when i click website control and enter my username & Password, it can't direct me to the server page.

please help me

@Seshadri, I got some information. The username tamill can be found on box9, but there is no such user on main Host1Free site(in CP). You cant try to login in such a way: open box9.host1free.com:2222 and when you will see the DA's login form stop loading and input details there.
@truemeasure, can you tell me your domain?
