My site is giving me "404 NOT FOUND"!

It has never been giving me this error, I just wanna ask, and if its a maintaince error, and will my site be back? I have included a picture

Hello! I see your index.php file at the right place. Have you tried reuploading it? By the way, do you have license for VBulletin installed on your account?

I tried re-upload, after 30 mins, now working fine, I dont know if it was my uploading or just the server,, And yes it is a legit vBulletin Licence 2009, sharing with a friend, have not much vbulletin experience i am just helping and thinking to share the account and go for a dot.com and pay here at host1free, I think I told your colleague last time I had problems! But we are still testing and not done yet! We have an godaddy account .com very new, so we still thining back and forth, but we will get to that soon,

I think that the file wasn't uploaded correctly, that was the problem.
