    Re: fsockopen() and friends

    Hi , would it be possible if fsockopen() could be enabled for me please? From reading here it seems to be the cause of the ACP Panel not displaying for phpBB3 forums

    Thanks

    phpBB runs fine without that feature enabled. So you might have a different problem.
    Joomla for example needs FTP-Access enabled to get it working.

    Hi,

    I'v just finished drupal intall on my personal page (s4u.host898.net) and admin pages appear blank. Is it related to fsockopen()?
    If so, may I ask you to enable this feature on my page.

    THX in advance,
    S4U

    Re: fsockopen() and friends

    Hi,

    I've just finished new Drupal install on my page, because my site crashed yesterday, when I installed some modules.
    I did account reset, now my admin/configuration pages are stlill blank.

    -do I need to have enabled fsockopen() everytime when I reset the account?

    -if so, may I ask you to enable fsockopen() once more?

    -or is there some other issue with drupal installation?

    -do I need to have "stream_socket_client()" enabled too?

    -do I have the cron-jobs enabled?

    My...

    If fsockopen() was not enabled before you have clicked reset account, then you need it to be enabled. I have done it for you.
