Help Please

Hello, I have a problem... My website ( ManoFilmas.hostesr.com), has got broked, but today, before 1 hour it was working good. I didin't change anything. I can go to cpanel (:2222) but i can't get to main site.
I getting these errors:
1. Unable to establish connection to MySQL
1040 : Too many connections

2. Unable to establish connection to MySQL
1045 : Access denied for user 'apache'@'localhost' (using password: NO)

If anyone knows what the problem, please say!
