Installed Wordpress and uploading picture problems

Finally i've done installed Wordpress onto Host1Free, then i open my temporary website access (because my NS not established yet)...

But when i tried to upload some media on my WP, i found problems and shown some error message

“Beat Me.jpg” has failed to upload due to an error
Unable to create directory /home/gilang2/domains/gilangsedar.com/public_html/wp-content/uploads/2011/12. Is its parent directory writable by the server?

What should i do?
