Question about whether PHP is enabled

Is PHP automatically enabled for users?

If so, for some reason a PHP script that I uploaded cannot run. I want to test whether PHP is enabled or not first by using the script. If necessary, this is the PHP script I wanted to test; it contains a test of making a cookie from a PHP script and displaying it, and also trying both GET and POST methods of submitting forms. As an additional information, I have only tried running the script from DirectAdmin, as my website is currently being reviewed and thus I can't access the main website. Is PHP only enabled when accessing the website (not from DirectAdmin)?

If not, how or where can I enable it?

Yes PHP is enabled and it would be impossible to run websites with any PHP scripts that if it is disabled. Please paste the code (in the code quotes) what is inside of your script, so that we could help you more.
