404 Not Found please help

today i updated wordpress and was working on my wordpress and i went to lunch and now i'm getting
404 Not Found
The requested URL /wp was not found on this server.

my web sight is http://klein.sx33.net/wp
and my user name is libby

i hope i didn't lose everything
opened my ftp account and my wp folder is still there but still can't open my web pages

Dis regard it is back up if someone did something thank you
