My site doesnt exist now?

I was continuing to build my site and all of a sudden, my site doesnt load, what is going on? I thought there was a guarantee of 99.9% uptime. I have worked very hard to prep my site for release and i will be very upset if i loose the work i've accomplished. Please help! I havent even posted any of my context i've written. I feel the least i deserve is a backup of my site.
