Box12 is down ;-(

Gentlemen!

A quick ask. I have noticed that the whole box12 server is down right now.
Is there any possibility of getting this server back soon?

I have checked the connection from my local PC & from foreign service. Both are saying "this server is down".

Please help us with getting the service again. Thanks in advance!

EDIT:
I am able to log into the Control Panel, but any HTTP request returns the error "couldn't connect".
Both domain & boxXX.host1free.com/~account URLs are NOT working!
