    Unable to Login to Control Panel on Box 1

    Hi
    I am unable to login to box1 with my usual login name and password and keep getting redirected to "BOX1 DIRECTADMIN LOGIN PAGE"

    Can you help please.

    No the account is not a new one it has been active for quite some time.
    I have tried to log in again and this time it has worked.
