Question RSS Feed problems...I've read alot of posts about this

    Hello,

I am having trouble removing the footer code from a specific file.

I have used the removal tool, and put .htaccess in multiple directories.

It works in all the directories except for seemingly one file.

    3wing.org ---is fine (no footer)
    3wing.org/pc/ ---is fine (no Footer)
3wing.org/pc/wordpress/ ---is fine (no footer), BUT when the RSS link is pressed on this page (RSS) the RSS page shows the following error:

This page contains the following errors:

error on line 57 at column 1: Extra content at the end of the document
Below is a rendering of the page up to the first error.
    Please advise.
    Thank You,
    Robert

    Which link?

Both RSS links are opening for me without errors. And it works for the link within the article.

btw: Your footer is way too long. You should edit your template to reduce the size.

    Thanks for the reply.

I have since done a work around with a feedburner plugin for wordpress...probably should have posted that.

I will look into the footer size. Thanks.

While I have someone's attention though. Could you possibly help me with another matter?

Under the same URL I have been trying to implement custom error pages. I read a post on the forum about this, and found a situation that had a culprit of a "detect and direct' script. I have the same function, but I have copied the error pages in to all (pretty much) the directories. This still doesn't work.

    Any suggestions?
