Why is BOX6 down almost for more than 2-4 hours daily?

Dear support, i never had this problem befor, but Box6 is almost down for 2-4 hours daily in the pas 1 month! is there anything that can make box6 run better in future! The uptime for box6 have been very bad, is ther anyway to fix this problem!

Hello! I can access it now with no problems. Some times it has too big load, but it is quickly fixed.
