I am storing a bery plain & tiny, but very important for me site on your box12 server.

You are very good, but:
1. C.R.S. was playing like a crazy a month before.
2. Box12 is often of-fline for more than 10 minutes [like now].

I am advertising my sub-page for voting & BANG!!! C.R.S. enabled.
Hundreds of trusted visitors see an "ERROR" & they are asking WT*???!!!
They are NOT clicking again on my links.

Adding another ad to my page & 20 mins after SERVER DOWN.

Talking with friend, showing him my page & ... SERVER DOWN.

One question. Everything works like a breeze for me with an exception of those 2 things. C.R.S. was repaired, but the server is often down & down & down.

What is your approximated TRUE uptime???

May we wish a slightly better uptime???

I have moved 60% of my site because of those problems.

The main problem is:
1. I was having very good project...
2. Because of those problems I feel like a fool... [!!!!]
3. My boss feels like a fool!!!
Please at least try to fix that.

Reported site is up & running. Please only try to make a slightly better up-time for the WWW part.

I really think that your service is the best choice with an exception of those 2 things. Everything is really very good, I like Linux & such speed. Unfortunately, when I say "Hey! A new page!" & people see "C.R.S. - we are searching for malware" or "server unavailable" I feel like a real fool. Moreover often there is NO way to say "hey! it works now!" because most of people gone.

Thank you for your detailed report. You probably know what this is free hosting service and we can't guarantee perfect uptime always. But you can be sure that we are trying to solve server problems as soon as possible.

If you are not happy with the CRS system, why not look for premium hosting ? There is no such things that will cause access to website for your visitors. But we hope you will like to stay here too if you are not facing with problems for now.
