new domain and database error

My Problem:
Hi, I have a domain on my account but I can't add a new one. It wasn't 5 domains for each account!? It's error message:

Cannot Create Another Domain

Your reseller has reached his/her assigned limit

And I have a same problem for new database. I have noting on my database list but I can't create a new one. It's error message:

Cannot Create Another Database
