Please, enable my cronejobs

Hello Up until now I was very happy with your hosting service, even recommended it to some friends. But now I want to setup a certain platform and I need cronejobs enabled to do so.
The only thing I'm afraid is if this'll eat up my bandwidth. I need to setup the following cronejob:

/usr/local/bin/php /home/create-a-movie.tk/public_html/ow_cron/run.php

It has to run every minute. Honestly, I don't know why...
My website details are:
