Can't get access to my account

Plz help - I cannot login to my account.

When I try and log in to Control Panel, I get bad user name / password. When I try and retrieve lost password for stoffer@nose.dk I get Ouuuuch: User not found or disabled...

If I try and re-create my account again for domain nose.dk, I get the error: Ouuuuch: Only one account per user is allowed.

So could you please somehow reset my account or delete it completely or whatever.
