Sites down??? Strange problem....[BOX 11]

Hello there, I've recently (in the past hour) received emails from users who uses my forums. They've said that they cannot connect to the forums whereas for me it works fine. I was wondering if there's a problem or something.

Also there has been a lot of downtime, its happening almost everyday. I just wanted to know if you guys are updating the server or something. Please let me know.

Okay, so the issue of some people not being able to access is fixed. Now everything crashed. This happens almost 4 times a day and it stays down for at least half an hour - an hour at most.

Are you guys in the middle of updating your servers? If you are can you please post when your updating, so I can see a list of times when to expect my site to be down.

Just to confirm the first issue of where some people couldn't access the site has been fixed only the downtime is still an issue.
