404 error when accessing my website

I am writing a simple PHP script that preprocesses some SQL query and display it into browser. Since I am at a computer that doesn't have local PHP server, I do several file overwriting and changes to the server and I often refresh my web browser to see the result. After about 5 changes and refreshes, immediately my browser displays "404 not found" error. So does my mobile phone's browser.
