web space changed to 2gb

yesterday i reset my account, before i have 10 gb of web space and 150 gb of bandwidth
now i am seeing webspace changed to 2gb and bandwidth changed to 100gb

now tell me what should i do

I don't see any increasement of webspace. You are not using 8GB webspace.

sir i was told about 2gb + 8gb = 10 gb

when i open my account my webspace was 2 gb, 1 day i see its 10 gb
yesterday i did reset my account now my webspace is only 2gb

now what should i do

can i get 10 gb space back ?
