Unfortunately, you should not put 3 of the similar ads for distracting visitors view.
May I have a question to you? Sincere question.
That the question is what actually is your site focus on?

IMO, put a small piece of info about you site would be a great help to people that come visiting you site.

You should begin with the actual content in the middle of the website. Now it starts with loads of "nonsense", you need to scroll down alot before you reach the actual content.
